These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of Editbar's hosted product at editbar.online and any related dashboard, API, or widget served from it (together, the "Service"). The Service is operated by RevOps Labs s.r.o., Hlaváčkova 1334/19, Košíře, 150 00 Praha 5, Czech Republic ("Editbar", "we", "us"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent.
Editbar's widget, reference server, and storage layer are published as open-source software under the MIT license and can be self-hosted for free, entirely outside our infrastructure. These Terms do not apply to a self-hosted install — that copy of the software is governed solely by the MIT license text shipped with it, with no warranty of any kind. These Terms apply only to the hosted Service we operate and bill for at the domain above.
Sign-in is passwordless: we send a one-time link to the email address you provide, and creating a session from that link is what constitutes your acceptance of these Terms. You're responsible for keeping access to that email address and for all activity under your account, including activity by team members you invite. You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service.
Any text, images, or links you edit or publish through the Service ("Your Content") remains yours. You grant us only the limited right to store, process, and serve Your Content back through the widget as necessary to operate the Service — we don't use it for any other purpose, and we don't claim ownership of it. You're solely responsible for having the rights to publish whatever you enter, and for making sure it complies with applicable law (see Acceptable use below).
You agree not to use the Service to store or publish content that is unlawful, infringes someone else's rights, or that you don't have permission to publish; to attempt to bypass a site's access controls or another account's permissions; to overload, scan, or attack the Service's infrastructure; or to resell or sublicense the Service itself (as opposed to using it, as intended, to publish content on your own or your clients' websites).
Paid plans are billed through our payment processor, Creem, either monthly or yearly depending on the plan you choose. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled first. You can cancel anytime from the Account page; cancelling stops future renewals but doesn't retroactively refund the current billing period, except where required by law (for example, EU/EEA consumers' statutory withdrawal rights on a first purchase, or where we've made an error). Prices and plan limits are as published on our pricing page at the time you subscribe. We may change prices for future billing periods with reasonable advance notice.
You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from the Account page, which permanently removes your sites, content, and account data as described in our Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate an account that materially breaches these Terms, with notice where practical, or immediately where needed to protect the Service or other users.
We aim to keep the Service reliably available but don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind beyond what applicable law requires and cannot be excluded.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RevOps Labs s.r.o. won't be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
We may update these Terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date above reflects the current version. Material changes will be announced on this page or by email to account holders before they take effect.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you're a consumer resident in the EU/EEA, this doesn't deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer-protection provisions of your own country of residence.
